Carter was invited to Giovanni's birthday party today. Mary, his mother works in Nuview School District, and is a friend of the family. Papa wasn't able to go but as you can tell Carter had a blast. Thanks to Mary and her hubby, it was a great afternoon and fun was had by all. Thank you Grandma Vivian for the mask and snorkel which was a big hit! 

As we approach this celebration of Mothers, I am reminded how blessed I am with my own Mother. She is so patient, loving, kind hearted, long suffering, and caring. These are only a few of her traits that I try to emulate! Thanks so much Mama!!

Love to all the Mothers, Grandmas, and Nana this Mother's Day! We are nothing without you and the unconditional love that you teach us and give to us and our children children! We love you all!!!

Carter having so much fun with his buddies Oliver and Gustavo at the Nuview Health Fair. Oliver found him and took him over to get a matching face painting....such a pair of little lightening bolts!! After the fair Oliver's family invited us over to see their new baby chicks and a pregnant pony they are keeping for a friend. When Gustavo Sr got home he walked the boys (both at the same time) around the yard on the pony, which of course Carter LOVED! She was about shoulder height at the forehead and was quite friendly. I got to hold their new bunny too. Fun was had by all! A good day to remember with good friends!

Here lies our fuzzy puppy who was thrown from the truck window when it swerved after someone pulled in front of it. She is doing good, but she is scraped up and sore. We are all so glad she is ok! I bandaged her after papa cleaned her wounds and Carter gave her a good measure of lovins!
